Montenegro Adopts New Copyright Regulation
Jun 26 2012 - 15:11
Following the adoption by the Montenegrin parliament of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights on July 12, 2011, the Ministry of Economy adopted the Regulation on Depositing and Keeping Records of Copyright and Related Rights, which entered into force on June 16, 2012.
The new regulation replaces the former 2005 regulation, rendered in the former State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. It governs the process of recording and depositing of copyright and related rights work.
