The forefathers of the PETOŠEVIĆ Group have been involved in IP protection in the Western Balkans since the 1960s. Whereas the practice initially developed in the former Yugoslavia, the firm shifted its focus to new East European jurisdictions, emerging after the breakup of the former USSR and former Yugoslavia.

PETOŠEVIĆ has nearly 3,000 clients. In 2020 we had about 13,000 cases and processed over 2,100 trademarks and patents. We strive to positively impact the global and local community in which we work and live by assisting emerging businesses, providing services on a pro-bono basis to those in need, raising awareness about IP protection, supporting charities, and participating in volunteer work as active members of several trade organizations.
