Serbian Applicants Can Now File PCT Applications Online

As Serbian PTO recently announced on its website, Serbian applicants can now file PCT applications electronically by using ePCT – WIPO’s online platform for filing international patent applications.

If the PCT application is filed electronically, the filing fees will be reduced by:

• EUR 264 (USD 297) if all parts of the application are filed electronically; or
• EUR 176 (USD 198) if the PCT request form is filed electronically.
