Translations of European Patent Specifications with Designation for Slovak Republic Now Published on Slovak IPO’s Website
The Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic has recently announced a change in the process of issuing translations of European patent specifications with designation for the Slovak Republic. The change came into effect on July 1.
Namely, the Slovak IPO now submits only title pages of translated European patent applications with basic bibliographic data to owners or their authorized representatives, while the translations of European patent specifications are available on the IPO’s website and also in the IPO’s Patent Library.
