Armenian Ministry of Economy to Use Only Licensed Software
Nov 28 2012 - 11:57
On September 30, 2012, the Armenian Ministry of Economy signed an agreement with Microsoft to start using only licensed software packages, thus making it the first Armenian government institution to start using only licensed programs.
The agreement follows the obligation assumed by the Armenian government in 2007 to use only Microsoft’s licensed programs, as part of the copyright protection campaign in the country.
