Thousands of counterfeit wristwatches and hundreds of counterfeit toys were recently destroyed under the supervision of the Customs Office in Plovdiv, central Bulgaria.
Bulgarian Customs reported that 12,000 wristwatches infringing the Cartier®, Vacheron Constantin®, Dior®, Armani®, Michael Kors®, Longines®, Rado®, Bvlgari®, Hublot® and Patek Philippe® trademarks were destroyed, as well as 500 toys infringing the Angry Birds® and Minions® trademarks.
The counterfeit products were detained in September 2016 during the inspection of two trucks originating from Iran.
