We strive to bring together the best of both worlds and save time and money for our clients through tailor-made solutions. Today, our team of over 130 people specializes in IPR prosecution and enforcement in more than 30 jurisdictions, and coordinates IPR protection worldwide for selected clients. In brief, we try to make life easier for our clients. Judging by the growth of the firm over the last 30+ years, we are successfully pursuing our mission.
About
PETOŠEVIĆ is a wholly owned network of firms known for providing intellectual property and related services throughout the region commonly referred to as Eastern Europe. Today this region is a mix of EU jurisdictions, non-EU Balkan countries, and countries of the CIS region.
History
The forefathers of the PETOŠEVIĆ Group have been involved in IP protection in the Western Balkans since the 1960s. Whereas the practice initially developed in the former Yugoslavia, the firm shifted its focus to new East European jurisdictions, emerging after the breakup of the former USSR and former Yugoslavia.

Our management board consists of dedicated IP professionals with extensive experience and local know-how who believe in providing our clients with quick, reliable and high-quality service. Combined they have over 100 years of IP-focused experience!
