Croatia Accedes to Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks

On January 13, 2011, Croatia deposited the instruments of accession to the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks. The Treaty will enter into force in Croatia on April 13, 2011.
The Singapore treaty, adopted in Singapore on March 27, 2006, establishes common, international standards for administrative trademark registration procedures.
